Booking requests depend on final availability. Accommodation is paid at the property. Guest information is used only to manage enquiries and reservations. When the app is installed, anonymous installation statistics may be recorded. Approximate location is collected only when the phone owner grants browser permission. Raw IP addresses are not stored.
